적용 분야
벨링 기계는 파이프 압출 생산과 결합하여 "U", "R", "직사각형" 유형의 파이프 소켓 끝을 제조합니다. 벨링 가공은 벨링 룸 내부에서 이루어져야 하며, 진공 성형은 벨링 몰드의 코어 내부에서, 물 냉각은 파이프 외부에서 이루어져 정확한 소켓을 얻을 수 있습니다.
생산 공정 흐름
파이프 생산의 첫 번째 단계는 원료 준비입니다. 고객은 PVC 분말과 기타 첨가제를 직접 혼합할 수 있습니다. 혼합물은 압출기로 공급됩니다. 재료는 압출기에서 가소화된 후 금형으로 압출됩니다. 재료는 금형에 의해 성형되고 파이프 모양으로 나옵니다. 금형에서 압출된 파이프는 뜨겁고 부드럽습니다. 불안정한 모양의 파이프는 진공 보정 탱크의 진공 슬리브로 보정 및 냉각됩니다. 그런 다음 파이프는 추가 냉각을 위해 냉각 탱크로 들어갑니다. 인출 장치는 냉각 탱크 옆에 서서 압출기에서 파이프를 빼냅니다. 정의된 길이에 따라 파이프는 절단된 후 운송을 위해 포장됩니다.
