- 금형:가공 후 용융 재료에 이상적인 점도를 제공하고 플라스틱을 성형하도록 설계되었습니다. 모든 접촉면은 마찰 손실을 최소화하기 위해 연마되었습니다.
- 캘리브레이션 테이블:금형에서 성형된 프로파일을 캘리브레이션 및 냉각합니다. 설계는 프로파일 유형 및 특성에 따라 다르며, 부식을 방지하기 위해 스테인리스 스틸 물 접촉 영역을 사용합니다.
